Overview*

 

 

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will support daytoday service operations at assigned service points. You will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, contribute to positive patient and caregiver experiences, and support the implementation of service workflows and improvements across the cluster. You will help uphold operational standards, service quality, and patientcentric practices in alignment with organisational guidelines and priorities.

 

Job Responsibilities*

 

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Support and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth operational flow, adherence to SOPs, and consistent frontline service standards.
  • Work closely with Clinicians, Nurse Managers, Allied Health Professionals, and other stakeholders to escalate and follow up on operational issues and support service improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of service initiatives and enhancements, contributing to improved patient and caregiver experience.
  • Support operational readiness, team coverage and morale through assisting with onboarding, training coordination, roster scheduling, and staff engagement activities.
  • Track and update operational data and KPIs, monitor activity volumes, and support basic variance tracking and reporting for operational reviews.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, improvement initiatives, and crossfunctional workgroups as assigned.
  • Track and process staff shift claims, support procurement activities, and maintain fixed asset records in accordance with organizational procedures.

 

Requirements*

 

 

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, service operations, or frontline administrative support roles.
  • Basic experience in coordinating service workflows, supporting daily operations, or assisting with service recovery activities.
  • Ability to support staff coordination activities, including scheduling, training arrangements, and onboarding documentation.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage routine tasks and follow up on multiple work items in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clinical and nonclinical stakeholders.
  • Strong in Microsoft 365 applications and operational systems, with the ability to update records and support basic data tracking and reporting.
