Overview

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to provide operational and administrative support to Community Operations in delivering community-based programmes and services that promote healthy lifestyles and improve population health outcomes.

 

Job Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of Community Care programmes and services.
  • Perform data entry, appointment scheduling and billing of services in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update operational databases and systems in accordance with established guidelines.

Staff Administration

  • Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding activities, including access requests, equipment provisioning and account termination.
  • Ensure new hires receive the necessary access rights and equipment on their first day of work.
  • Ensure all access rights and equipment are recovered and terminated promptly upon staff departure.

Customer Service & Enquiries

  • Manage and respond to enquiries received via phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Provide professional and timely assistance to residents, partners and internal stakeholders.

Inventory & Logistics

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables, equipment and operational supplies.
  • Coordinate procurement and replenishment to ensure operational readiness.

Other Duties

  • Support community events and outreach activities as required.
  • Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administration, operations or customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to support operational requirements on weekends and public holidays when required.

 

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in healthcare, community care or frontline operations would be advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative systems, scheduling and billing processes will be an added advantage.
