Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Nursing Administration

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Provide providing administrative support in nursing operations to Nursing Administration across various nursing services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, committees, and workgroups, including scheduling, venue and logistics arrangements, agenda consolidation and accurate documentation of meeting minutes. Provide secretariat support to senior management and key nursing committees.
  • Analyse operational data, service utilisation trends, workload statistics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for discussions.
  • Support the governance of nursing policies, work instructions, and Patient & Family Education Materials (PFEMs), including document control, version tracking, compliance monitoring, and coordination of review and update cycles.
  • Lead or support departmental projects, events, and quality improvement initiatives, working closely with nursing leaders and stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Support nursing leaders on operational reviews and departmental priorities, while coordinating follow-up actions and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned, including nursing roster administration, resource setup, and support for evolving business and service needs.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or operations support, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
