As an Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive for NUHS@Home, you will support in service and developing strategic plans for NUHS@Home in support of its expansion plans to a 100-virtual bed unit and beyond. Concurrently, you are expected to support in ground operational tasks pertaining to NUHS@Home, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the programme.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

1. Service Development & Strategic Planning

  • Support the Clinical Lead and Operations Lead of NUHS@Home in the development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Contribute to reviews and improvements of organisational structure, operational workflows, technology development and equipment planning to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Involve in expansion of programme to other clinical pathways and avenues

 

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (eg. Legal, Communications) and external partners to support programme expansion

 

3. Project Management

  • Coordinate with MOHT and other MOH entities on matters relating to funding and mainstreaming
  • Organise, coordinate, and support meetings and updates to NUHS senior management, steering committees, and other key stakeholders

 

4. Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) & Data Protection

  • Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Committee operations, including:
    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
    • Maintaining risk registers
    • Managing BizSafe renewals
    • Managing WSH‑related training and documentation
  • Serve as the Data Protection Representative for NUHS@Home, including:
    • Supporting compliance with data protection policies and regulations
    • Assisting with data protection impact assessments
    • Acting as the primary liaison with organisational officers on data protection matters

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and able to work independently
  • Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is not necessary but may have an added advantage
