Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Corporate Infrastructure Office

Role Overview:
The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for office-related matters, supporting corporate space planning, office maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders on corporate space planning and seat arrangements.
  • Coordinate and oversee office maintenance works with vendors, including routine maintenance and necessary procurement.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, contracts, and service updates.
  • Respond promptly to office issues or emergencies and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Support vendor invoice processing and payment claims.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager on renovation works carried out on-site.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resourceful, organised, able to multi-task, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
