Senior Manager, Clinical Services Planning

Overview*

As Manager in Clinical Services Planning Office, you will facilitate strategic healthcare planning initiatives, regulatory compliance processes, and value driven care transformation projects while ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders, Ministry of Health (MOH), and cluster offices.

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities, supporting the planning and implementation of new clinical services
• Manage end-to-end Levels of Medical Capabilities (LMC) application and approval processes with MOH and coordinate regulatory compliance documentation
• Coordinate value-driven healthcare initiatives across cluster VDO office, MOH partnerships and drive organizational VDO and Appropriate Care project portfolio development
• Manage departmental budget projection, allocation and expenditure tracking while ensuring compliance with organizational financial policies

Requirements*

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or Health Policy and Management.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in project management or healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of healthcare administration or related fields is advantageous
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
