The Role
We’re looking for a driven Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Success to join our commercial team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
You'll work closely with the VP of Sales & Customer Success and cross-functional teams (clinical, product, and data science) to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence
- Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term value realization for customers
- Contribute to the growth and development of a growing sales team
- Contribute to product strategy and go-to-market plans

Key Responsibilities
1) Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop sales and marketing plans to capitalize on them
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies
2) Customer Success
- Oversee the customer success function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement best practices for customer onboarding, engagement, and value realization
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and expansion potential
3) Cross Functional Collaboration
- Support grant applications or research collaborations with healthcare partners
- Help shape playbooks and processes in a rapidly evolving startup environment
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g. sales, account management, customer success)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise B2B environments
- Experience in growing high performing teams
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider ecosystems, preferably within hospital systems or public health
- Experience managing enterprise-scale projects, including multi-stakeholder implementations
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — with both clinicians and C-suite
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and wear multiple hats
- Experience in health tech, medtech, or AI product environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore’s grant ecosystem (e.g. MOH, NRF, HPB, NHIC) is an advantage
