Overview

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers/patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Department Readiness:
    • Strictly follow and implement the Department Readiness Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring all aspects of department preparation and maintenance are consistently met according to established guidelines
    • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of SA counter, patient waiting areas, kiosks, equipment, lights, air conditioning, and telephones
    • Maintain up-to-date brochures, materials, and posters

 

  1. Patient Journey Management:
    • Assist with registration, screening, escalations, cashiering, and inquiries
    • Ensure accurate and timely registration, promoting self-help kiosk usage
    • Assess patients on arrival according to patient assessment SOP
    • Maintain accurate patient insurance information and billing

 

  1. Room Readiness:
    • Follow Managing Consultation SOP
    • Ensure room cleanliness, equipment functionality, and up-to-date collaterals

 

  1. Appointment Management:
    • Handle pre/post-appointment and procedure information
    • Prepare patient lists for vetting by Radiographers and Radiologists
    • Book/reschedule procedures and appointments
    • Follow up on no-shows as per clinic doctor's instructions

 

  1. Patient Service:
    • Attend to appointment requests, emails, and phone inquiries
    • Provide accurate billing information for scans and procedures

 

  1. Quality Improvement:
    • Participate in quality improvement projects
    • Assume other responsibilities as assigned by clinic/nurse manager, service team leader, or service executives

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of "A" Levels/Diploma

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a hospital setting and different clinics as needed
  • Work shifts when required
