Senior Staff Nurse, Intensive Care Unit

• Perform comprehensive patient assessment and interpretation of clinical, laboratory, and diagnostic findings.
• Manage and troubleshoot monitoring devices and haemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain critical care monitoring equipment.
• Administer and monitor oxygen and medical gas therapy.
• Manage airway devices, including endotracheal and tracheostomy tubes, in accordance with competency requirements.
• Support patients receiving invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Recognize and escalate life-threatening respiratory conditions in a timely manner.
• Administer humidification and aerosol therapies.
• Assist in bronchoscopy procedures where applicable.
• Provide safe intra-hospital transport for critically ill patients and manage cardiopulmonary support during transport.

Requirements

• Registration with Singapore Nursing Board is a MUST
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Critical Care) will be added advantange 
• Willing to commit to 3 rotating shifts, including working on weekends
• At least 3 years working in HD or ICU setting is preferred
• Demonstrated competency in critical care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
