The Senior Executive (Operations) is responsible for coordinating daily courier operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items, and supporting stakeholders’ logistics needs (e.g. Nursing Homes, GPs). This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and schedule daily courier pickups and deliveries
    • Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of documents, samples, or goods
    • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
    • Maintain accurate records of courier activities and delivery status

 

  • Maintain Quality and tracking records related to courier operation
    • Ensure proper handling of samples e.g. temperature monitoring
    • Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
    • Support audit and quality assurance activities when required
    • Maintain proper documentation for shipments and deliveries
    • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance (e.g., turnaround time, issues)
    • Ensure accurate data entry into tracking systems or databases

 

  • Coordinate in distribution of test kits and/or reports to Community partners including GPs
    • Maintain inventory of goods such as test kit supply
    • Monitoring and liaising with procurement team (ALPS) on maintaining sufficient stocks
    • Participate in tender evaluation for

 

  • Assist the Lead, Operations to trouble-shoot and client service recovery.
  • Assist planning and support external event including but not limited to community outreach events.
  • Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer to support operational needs

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier coordination, or operations support  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with logistics or tracking systems is an advantage
  • Possession of a Class 2B and Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage

Additional Information:

  • 5.5‑day work week (Saturday half-day)
