Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

To perform bed allocation on systems, complying to Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Work closely with different departments and update the status of bed availability
To monitor and manage bed allocation
Attend to enquiries and follow up on bed requests
To assist in the preparation of hospital bed census and reporting when required
Ad-hoc others admin duties in the department

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
Willing to shift 3 rotating shift including working weekends and Public Holidays
