Overview
Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and provide assistance to patients for Healthier SG
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with HSG assisted enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths or community settings , via the mobile app or system application
- Explain to patients the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance to enrol, make the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfil the preventive health recommendations and follow up for review annually
- Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers
Requirements
- Customer service oriented, passionate about serving & interacting with people and prepared to go the extra mile
- Possess good communication skills (Englishand a local language/dialect) and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt, multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Pleasant disposition and personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Comfortable with the use of technology (e.g. mobile app and systems applications)
- Strive in a team based environment
- Able to tolerate standing for 3-4 hours minimally throughout the day
