Sr Associate Executive, Group Contact Centre

The (Senior) Associate Executive will provide operational and administrative support to Group Contact Centre

and ensure the department’s administrative matters are managed expediently and smoothly.

  • Maintain calendar/schedules and coordinate appointments, meetings and any other official engagements.

  • Liaise with internal and external departments to coordinate meetings and assist to organize events.

  • Maintain proper filing and archival systems.

  • Take charge of incoming and outgoing correspondences.

  • Prompt collation and printing of materials before meetings.

  • Compile information and data into reports/email for the department.

  • Manage administrative processes related to onboarding of new staff, procurement/replenishment of department

    stock items (stationery, paper etc), booking of facilities and timely submission of claims/payments.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of accounting and figures will be preferred
  • Able to work independently
