Sr Associate Executive, Group Contact Centre
The (Senior) Associate Executive will provide operational and administrative support to Group Contact Centre
and ensure the department’s administrative matters are managed expediently and smoothly.

Maintain calendar/schedules and coordinate appointments, meetings and any other official engagements.

Liaise with internal and external departments to coordinate meetings and assist to organize events.

Maintain proper filing and archival systems.

Take charge of incoming and outgoing correspondences.

Prompt collation and printing of materials before meetings.

Compile information and data into reports/email for the department.

Manage administrative processes related to onboarding of new staff, procurement/replenishment of department
stock items (stationery, paper etc), booking of facilities and timely submission of claims/payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of accounting and figures will be preferred
- Able to work independently
